NMR Spectrometer.
BRUKER Fourier 300 is a high-resolution Fourier transform (FT) infrared spectrometer designed for sensitivity, performance and easy operation. Its innovative spectrometer design uses double monochromators, an interfaced computer, and a spectra buffer memory to offer exceptional FT-IR performance. Fourier 300 is a two-beam infrared spectrometer equipped with the widest wavelength range available in a single instrument providing spectra from 900 to 12000 cm->-1. This wide range is made possible by two independently-controlled FT spectrometers, which are completely synchronized and use a designated counting electronics. BRUKER Fourier 300 also has an exceptional signal-to-noise ratio of better than 200:1 with a 5 cm-1 resolution, as well as reliable repeatability, with a typical temperature/pressure stability of +/- 0.20/0.08 % at 500 cm-1. The unit is designed to be extremely user-friendly and is equipped with state-of-the-art computer interfaces and software, which allow both automatic spectral acquisition and manual spectral processing. The computer interface comprises of an Ergo-Touch FlexTM Intelligent Computer Interface and WindowsTM Operating System with complete Productivity Suite, giving the operator the flexibility to process date in the laboratory or remotely, over a network connection. Fourier 300 is easy to set up and operate, allowing even novice users to achieve reliable results. Moreover, the unit is integrated with a variety of accessory components, including auto-sampler, integrating spheres, sample holders, heaters, multipass cells, and FT Remote Controllers, so sample preparation and data acquisition can be done with ease and precision. The instrument has robust performance capabilities, and can be used for in-depth sample analyses, such as amplifying weak peaks, acquiring multiple scans and narrowing the scan range for greater accuracy. BRUKER Fourier 300 is ideal for a variety of fields and applications, including chemistry, biology, nanotechnology, life science, materials science, and geology.
