BRUKER Tensor 27 is an advanced Nuclear Magnetic Resonance (NMR) instrument designed for unparalleled data resolution and superior performance. This spectrometer provides an easy to use user interface for both basic and advanced controls. It is capable of handling sample volumes up to 27 milliliters and is suitable for research and quality control in a variety of industries, including pharmaceutical, biochemistry/biophysics, polymer and material science, etc. The primary components of Tensor 27 are the micro-structure, superconducting magnet, resonance probehead and controller. The micostructure contains a cylindrical sample region and cooling fins to ensure optimum temperature control of the sample. The superconducting magnet is responsible for generating the strong magnetic field at the sample region and consist of two sets of dipole coils. This allows the resonance probehead to measure the radio frequency signals coming from the sample. This data is collected and processed by the controller and displayed on the user interface. BRUKER Tensor 27 offers a wide range of modes and user selectable options. This includes a range of pulse commands for high-field performance, wide and narrow range of pulse spectra and flow-sensitive capabilities. It also offers multi component measurements, diffusion and relaxation measurements and temperature control functions. The instrument is designed for a wide range of NMR applications, such as structural elucidation, analytical chemistry and environmental testing. It provides up to eight spectra per scan and also offers real-time display of peak, integration and ratio data.
