BRUKER Ultraflex II LRF200-CID is a high-end, high-performance liquid-nucleus spectrometer capable of performing multiple experiments in the field of nuclear magnetic resonance (NMR) spectroscopy. It provides a wide range of analytical possibilities and flexibility in performing NMR investigations. It is powered by a high pressure ion source, capable of generating up to 200 mbar of ionizing pressure, and a superconducting magnet that produces a wide range of operating fields. This spectrometer is well suited for obtaining a variety of detailed structural and spectroscopic information, including CID spectra, 2D NMR data, heteronuclear correlation data, as well as concentration and temperature dependent studies. Ultraflex II LRF200-CID features an innovative direct-drive dual-polarity turbomolecular vacuum pump for high pressure operation, providing a uniform and highly efficient pumping of exhaust gas during NMR experiments. Additionally, an automated closed-loop forced-air cooling system ensures excellent thermal stability. As such, it allows routine experiments to be performed in temperatures ranging from room to cryogenic temperatures (-30°C to +120°C). Another highlight of this spectrometer is its modern NMR data acquisition system. Featuring a full suite of software and hardware, this system provides superior performance over conventional systems and allows the user to acquire NMR data faster and with greater accuracy. Its advanced digital signal processing algorithms are capable of acquiring data from up to four channels instantaneously, and at a rate of up to 210 MHz with a 500 Hz low-pass filter. It also allows for parallel experiments with simultaneous acquisition of multiple samples and for external control of the pulse sequence. BRUKER Ultraflex II LRF200-CID also comes equipped with a high resolution, 20 bit touchscreen user interface that allows users to easily monitor and adjust the instrument's parameters. Furthermore, the spectrometer is compatible with a wide range of signal acquisition and signal processing software, enabling users to make the best use of the instrument's powerful capabilities. All in all, Ultraflex II LRF200-CID is an ideal NMR spectrometer for any lab that is looking to expand their scientific capabilities.
