LEAP / CTC HTC PAL (High Temperature Component Pressure Analysis Link) is an innovative type of spectrometer used to measure components in high temperature components such as car engines and nuclear power plants. This robust spectrometer comprises of three distinct components; CTC HTC loader, a cooling tunnel and LEAP Pressure Analyser. LEAP / CTC HTC loader is the part of the system that loads the component to be analysed. The cooling tunnel is where the component is cooled during the analysis. CTC Pressure Analyser is the last part of the system and is used to run tests to determine component parameters. CTC HTC PAL is a highly sensitive energy and pressure spectrometer that is able to accurately measure a variety of properties in the component. It measures several parameters including pressure, temperature, density, velocity and eddy current data, along the three-axial directions. LEAP HTC PAL operates in a vacuum environment with low temperature at the component. This allows for highly accurate analysis of the component, as it minimizes the effect of external materials present in the component, which can affect the readings. It also helps to reduce the effect of air particles, which can result in inaccurate readings. The data collected by LEAP pressure analyzer is then processed using powerful data analysis algorithms. This gives detailed results that are comprehensive and accurate. HTC PAL is primarily used to analyze components that require high temperatures as it is capable of operating in these extreme conditions. This allows for accurate analysis of components that are used in sensitive environments, such as nuclear power plants and car engines. LEAP / CTC HTC PAL is an efficient and reliable spectrometer that delivers highly reliable results. It is designed to be extremely robust, making it ideal for use in extreme environment. It is also highly accurate and reliable due to its powerful data analysis algorithms.
