THERMO FISHER SCIENTIFIC TSQ Quantiva is a high performance triple quadrupole (triple-quad) mass spectrometer that is used for quantitative analysis. The instrument is equipped with an extended dynamic range to provide excellent selectivity, resolution and sensitivity for targeted and untargeted use. TSQ Quantiva has a unique, compact design that offers enhanced stability with reduced complexity. THERMO FISHER SCIENTIFIC TSQ Quantiva utilizes a quadrupole-based ion source to transfer ions from a source column to its ion trap, allowing for rapid scan speeds with excellent mass accuracy and resolution. The quadrupole separators provide advanced separation and identification capabilities for complex samples. As an upgrade, THERMO FISHER SCIENTIFIC can offer a fifth stage collision cell (quadrupole-triple-quadrupole) that empowers the user to identify selected ions within complex matrices. In addition, TSQ Quantiva is equipped with a built-in mass analyzer with kinetic energy discrimination (KED), providing improved measurement results by blocking ions that represent potential interferences. The system also offers an extended dynamic range that allows users to analyze samples over a wide range of concentrations.
