THERMO SCIENTIFIC TSQ Vantage is a triple quadrupole linear ion trap (TQ-LIT) mass spectrometer engineered for high-performance quantitative analyses. It combines high-resolution, accurate-mass (HR/AM) and traditional triple-quadrupole technologies to maximize confidence in quantitation. TSQ Vantage is used to measure and analyze a variety of compounds such as low-molecular weight drugs, toxins, biomarkers, proteins, lipids, and environmental pollutants. It is especially effective in monitoring complex samples and performing targeted analyses of compounds with a wide range of chemical structures. THERMO SCIENTIFIC TSQ Vantage utilizes an advanced collision cell design to effectively perform quantitative in-source fragmentation while operating at high resolutions. TSQ Vantage is equipped with a turbo pump to ensure maintenance of ultra-high vacuum conditions in the vacuum system, enhancing instrument sensitivity and chromatography resolution. It is equipped with a Synapt HDMS (High Definition Mass Spectrometry) detector that allows for ultra-high resolution and accurate mass measurements to be made. It is also designed with special patented ion optics that improve sensitivity and reduce contaminant background. In addition, THERMO SCIENTIFIC TSQ Vantage is designed with an ultra-fast polarity switching system that facilitates simultaneous multiple-criteria scan and compound identification. It is equipped with enhanced electron transfer dissociation (ETD) capability for the quantification of complex peptides, and it is also compatible with ion-mobility spectrometry (IMS) technology for separation of isobaric interferences.
