VARIAN 1200L spectrometer is a multi-purpose nuclear magnetic resonance (NMR) device used for analyzing chemical and molecular structure in academic and industrial settings. It uses magnetic resonance and radio-frequency coils to acquire and analyze spectral data from a variety of sample types, such as fluids and solids. At the core of 1200L is a modular, high-performance superconducting magnet and control equipment that provides outstanding magnetic field homogeneity. The spectrometer includes an iNMR operating software, built to provide superior efficient automation. The program contains over 55 NMR processing algorithms and a user-friendly interface for quick and accurate data processing. This software also offers spectrum simulation, reactivity distribution, automated quantum-chemistry simulation, peak integration, stripping and deconvolution—assigning additional value to the spectrometer's capabilities. VARIAN 1200L is designed for greater maximum intensity, wider dynamic range, and 50% faster pulse rate with half the distortions using its two independent high-speed digitizer inputs. It is also equipped with a controller to automatically optimize experiment parameters. In addition, 1200L comes with a number of tools to facilitate sample preparation and spectral improvement. These accessories include a hydroxy acid sample preparation kit, an automatic center-pulling control machine, an Auto NMR Kit, an In-Cell NMR scanner, and an optional high-performance gradient. The tool is also highly functional with a wide range of experimental conditions and analysis capabilities, enabling scientists to confidently conduct research on a variety of samples and applications.
