WATERS Alliance 2695 Spectrometer is a high-throughformance LC (Liquid Chromatography) and LC/MS (Liquid Chromatography/Mass Spectrometry) system designed for a wide range of analytes. It is equipped with a quaternary binary pump and a diode-array UV detector for enhanced sensitivity and selectivity. The integrated injection valve and three- dimensional multisample Compound Pre-Column allows for simultaneous introduction of a wide range of compounds for analysis. The detector can be configured for a wide variety of detection methods, such as fluorescence, electrochemical and UV. Alliance 2695 Spectrometer has a TurboFlow interface which enables extremely rapid gradient formation. Variable rotor speed control and simultaneous dual-solvent detection allow for enhanced support of both immediate analysis and gradient methods. The three-loop injector improves sample injection reproducibility and signal-to-noise ratio. Advanced data analysis capabilities are available through On-Board Computer Software. WATERS Alliance 2695 Spectrometer features a multi-axis active sample introduction system which provides enhanced precision and reproducibility. It accommodates a variety of sample holders and delivery systems for a wide range of liquids. The system can automate the analysis of up to 36 samples and analyze each sample simultaneously. The rotary wheel switching allows for faster analysis and a wider range of sample types. Alliance 2695 Spectrometer is also equipped with a quantum-boost microsolenoid valve which provides superior matrix separation. An on-board degasser helps to minimize noise. The integrated liquid handler enables automated sample processing. The powerful mass range allows for mass spectrometry detection of low molecular weight compounds (<1000 Da). WATERS Alliance 2695 Spectrometer has the ability to perform simultaneous UV and tandem mass spectrometry analysis to create detailed profiles of the sample complexity. This can be used to make confident structural assignments, determine the concentrations of analytes and determine the presence of impurities and degradation products. The instrument is ideal for use in a variety of applications, including metabolite/toxicology analyses, biomarker detection, forensic screening and proteomics.
