DAITRON ARIS LCD 100 is an all-in-one wafer and mask scrubber designed for ultra cleanroom applications. This scrubber is constructed with a fully enclosed, air-tight steel cabinet that is designed to ensure minimum environmental contamination during scrubbing. The scrubber comprises of a stainless steel chamber with an outer cabinet made of brushed aluminium. DAITRON ARIS-LCD100 has two scrubbing stages, the primary and the secondary stage. In the primary stage, wafers are purified using a process that combines the Ultrasonic Clean Equipment (UCS) and a surface scrub system. The UCS applies high-frequency, high-pressure ultrasonic waves that penetrate deep into the wafers, allowing for effective removal of organic and mineral contaminants. The surface scrub unit further polishes the wafer with its four rotating brushes that vigorously scrub the wafer surface for a superior finish. The secondary stage concentrates on thorough mask cleaning. In this stage, an automated robotic arm helps in accurate positioning of each mask in front of a precisely designed nozzle, allowing for the targetted spraying of high pressure steam to completely remove any particulate matter from the mask surface. The cleaning machine also features an automatic wafer adjustment mechanism that allows for the efficient cleaning of wafers of different sizes. ARIS LCD 100 also features a PLC control tool which provides a user friendly touchscreen interface, allowing for easy and precise control of wafer cleaning processes. The PLC control asset also provides exacting temperature and humidity control within the cleaning chamber so that precise cleaning parameters for wafer surfaces and masks are always maintained. ARIS-LCD100 is ideal for ultra cleanroom applications due to its exceptional performance and superior cleaning capabilities. It ensures complete contamination removal from wafers and masks, without compromising on quality, accuracy, or cleaning speed.
