GE PHOENIX Nanomex 160 is a high-performance X-ray equipment designed for advanced X-ray analysis. This system combines an advanced X-ray generator and a digital imaging unit to produce the highest quality X-ray images. It offers an x-ray imaging resolution of up to 150nm, with an X-ray energy range of up to 160kV. The machine also boasts a highly sensitive energy dispersive X-ray spectroscopy tool (EDS), allowing for precise elemental analysis up to 200keV. The generator in Nanomex 160 is designed to produce a highly focused X-ray beam, with continuous operation up to 80kV and peak operation up to 160kV. This generator also offers both high and low voltage stability and a uniform focal spot size of approximately 10x10μm. The included digital imaging asset is optimized for high resolution X-ray imaging. It consists of a dedicated digital CCD camera with high-speed frame transfer, providing superb image resolution with excellent contrast. An ultra-fast data transfer model is also present in the imaging equipment, with data rates of up to 600Mb/s. This system's fast signal-processing architecture allows for fast data transfer and image acquisition of up to 25 frames per second. In conjunction with the imaging unit, GE PHOENIX Nanomex 160 also includes an advanced EDS machine. This tool is capable of detecting elements with atomic numbers between boron and thorium, with an energy range of up to 200keV.
