CAE Integrated LLC seeks Trading Director to work at its office in Austin, TX

Job Description:

Research capital asset market conditions at national and regional levels, gathering information to determine potential sales of semiconductor equipment (including data on market players, prices, sales, and methods of distribution). Collect and analyze data on customer demographics, preferences, needs, and buying habits within this market to identify opportunities and factors affecting product demand. Conduct comprehensive market research, collecting relevant information from end users to predict client needs and market trends. Seek and provide information to help companies evaluate and improve their position in the marketplace. Conduct research on both sellers and buyers in the semiconductor equipment asset market, developing an understanding of their current conditions to efficiently bring them together and better balance supply and demand. Communicate with semiconductor equipment suppliers to identify undervalued assets to trade in the market. Engage potential buyers to understand their needs and buyer demand. Match buyers with equipment suppliers at the optimal price point. Use analytical methods to conduct price analysis that facilitates the trading of semiconductor equipment. 100% telecommuting available.

Qualifications:

Master’s degree.

Six (6) months of progressive, post-baccalaureate experience in job offered or similar occupation (all levels accepted) such as Financial Analyst, or related occupation.

Required skills:

Position requires six (6) months of experience in:

·     Post-merger analysis (Return, Cash Flow and Earn Out);

·     Creating and forecasting credit rating models;

·     Market research;

·     Excel;

·     Financial analysis; and

·     Valuation modeling.
