AMAT / APPLIED MATERIALS P5000 Mark II is an advanced production reactor designed for the deposition of films on a variety of substrates. The system is built to enable customers to deposit films for a myriad of applications including displays, optical components and medical devices. The reactor is powered by AMAT next generation True Impedance Matching (TIM) technology, which provides faster and more uniform deposition rates than traditional methods. The True Impedance Matching system accurately delivers power to the substrate for the smooth, controllable deposition of films. AMAT P5000 Mark II is capable of running a wide range of film systems such as dielectrics, amorphous silicon, and refractory metals. The reactor is also designed to be easily upgradeable to other deposition systems as needed. Additionally, APPLIED MATERIALS P 5000 MARK II has a large chamber size of 300mm x 300mm, allowing a greater number of wafers and substrates to be processed simultaneously. The pipe design also helps to maintain the integrity of the chamber atmosphere, providing a stable processing environment. P 5000 MARK II also offers flexibility and precision control with a range of process variables, including pressure, temperature, power, pressure, and flow. This allows the reactor to accurately control the particle and energy distributions at varying substrate temperatures.
