AMAT / APPLIED MATERIALS P5000 Mark II is an advanced production reactor designed for the deposition of films on a variety of substrates. The reactor is powered by AMAT next generation True Impedance Matching (TIM) technology, which provides faster and more uniform deposition rates than traditional methods. The True Impedance Matching system accurately delivers power to the substrate for the smooth, controllable deposition of films. AMAT P5000 Mark II is capable of running a wide range of film systems such as dielectrics, amorphous silicon, and refractory metals. The reactor is also designed to be easily upgradeable to other deposition systems as needed.
