TEGAL 901e is a batch-type plasma etching/desmearing equipment designed for sustaining high-rate production throughput of high-yield products. It is capable of Operating in low-pressure and high-pressure regimes and offers a wide variety of process options for etching, stabilizing and/or desmearing a broad range of materials (including metals, plastics and ceramics).
