SATISLOH Satis 1200 DLS box coater is an automated, cost-effective solution for applying precise layers of waxes, oils, and other liquids to various sized materials. This industrial coating equipment is extremely versatile, with adjustable parameters enabling high throughput and featuring a self-cleaning operation. Satis 1200 DLS box coater has a four-layer, single-style coating head which allows for wide possibilities in product applications. It is specially designed to prevent cross- contamination between its components. The construction of the box coater is high quality, with a construction made of stai nless steel and a solid powder-coating applied to ensure a long service life and a compact design that maximizes production space. SATISLOH Satis 1200 DLS box coater allows for a broad range of operating parameters. It is capable of coating a variety of materials, including cardboard, paper, foam, and adhesives, with adjustable coating widths from 1mm to 12mm, and adjustable coating depths from 0.5mm to 10mm. The drying zone length can also be adjusted, offering up to two full meters of space. Satis 1200 DLS also has a unique saturation control system that ensures all parts are evenly coated with liquid solvent. Additionally, the box coater comes with a conveyor unit with adjustable speed and direction, a liquid feed nozzle, and an integrated filter, that helps to optimize production and keeps maintenance costs low. SATISLOH Satis 1200 DLS box coater offers ease of use. Its touch-screen controller and user-friendly interface makes controlling the coating machine a breeze. It also has a PLC machine with error-control and a self-learning feedback tool to ensure operators are able to quickly adjust parameters when needed.
