ADVANTEST T 5581H is a comprehensive final test equipment designed for reliability, accuracy and ease of use in a safe and productive environment. This system is ideal for production, quality control, development, qualification and characterization tests and is capable of controlling and monitoring test process parameters throughout the entire testing cycle. ADVANTEST T5581H is comprised of a central base unit and optional processor cabinet, currently upgradable to Intel Core i7-6700K processor support. A variety of peripherals can be connected via USB, DVI, and RS 232 interfaces, allowing for efficient test unit integration and control. T 5581 H features the Automated Visual Inspection unit, an intuitive step-by-step test and calibration procedure which reduces setup time and increases testing accuracy. The machine also supports the integration of a range of custom tools, such as loadboards, configurable probes and syringe pumps. T 5581H is powered by a high-precision 8-bit, 16-bit and 32-bit bipolar ADC, a programmable LPF-high impedance, four-wire device and a configurable Clock Generator. High switching speed of up to 8 MHz allows for fast and accurate signals to be generated, tested and analyzed quickly and easily. The tool provides various types of testing, including functional, electrical, thermal, optical and acoustic. It also provides optional temperature cycling and smoke testing capabilities. The asset also supports standard test scripting, providing a robust and easy to use environment for creating and executing test scripts.
