The light exposure tool offers maximum exposure time of up to 999 seconds AND has a working wavelength range from 400 to 750 nm. It has a shorter exposure time than the laser asset, AND offers a high speed programmable flat-field projector. The model includes a scanning mechanism that allows for substrate movement during the exposure process. This allows the operator to ensure that the exposure is over the entire substrate volume. The scanning motion can be done in three different directions: X-axis, Y-axis, AND Z-axis. The equipment contains an image-processor, which allows the user to control both the exposure parameters AND the obtained image with high precision. The image-processor can also be used to compare the image of the exposed areas with the exact coordinates written into the system AND take corrective actions if discrepancies are found.
