DNS / DAINIPPON MST-300A is an advanced photoresist equipment designed to deliver optimum resolution and resolution uniformity in microelectronic applications. This system is well suited for a range of applications from wafer stepper to direct imaging systems. This unit features an automated chemical process called multi-step thin film deposition (MSTD) which uses an inert gas to deliver precise recipes of photoresist to the wafer so the desired pattern can be properly developed. The inert gas is a high purity source which allows for high resolution imaging and uniformity. The MSTD process results in images with repeatability of +/- 0.5 µm over 24" wafer. DNS MST-300A also features a Power Booster Ion Implanter which uses precision blasts of ions to stratify the photoresist in a controlled and precise manner, for creating sub-micron features. This machine can perform up to four ion implantations. The machine is also equipped with an advanced exposure tool featuring a 25mm mercury arc lamp, which is designed to offer high-resolution images. DAINIPPON MST-300A has a built-in photomask chamber where multiple masks can be stored for rapid switching between exposures, and the asset can perform up to four exposures simultaneously. MST-300A also features an optimized etching and cleaning module to ensure efficient and effective photoresist removal. This module is equipped with an automated wafer wash module for effective dirt and residue removal. Finally, the model incorporates a high intensity backside cleaning option. This allows for thorough cleaning of the backside of the wafer prior to processing. This ensures that the highest quality results are achieved in the end. DNS / DAINIPPON MST-300A is a state-of-the-art photoresist equipment which is capable of producing high quality images and solutions in a range of microelectronic applications. It is an ideal system for organizations focusing on high-precision imaging in their microelectronic operations.
