DNS SSW80A-AR is a process-tool, an automatic scrubber with a variety of features making it suitable for high-volume production. The unit includes an advanced air floatation equipment for gentle, uniform wafer and mask handling and an additional vacuum system for better particle removal efficiency. The scrubber also features an automatic containment unit and an integrated chemical recycling machine designed to reduce the amount of cleaning chemicals used.
