HEADWAY EC 101 is an advanced photoresist equipment designed for use in metal surface finishing. This system utilizes an epoxy-based resist formulation that is used for surface preparation and post-treatment applications. The resist formulation is available with a range of viscosities and solids levels, and has a curing temperature of 90°C. The resist formulation is applied to the surface with a spray, roll-on, or brush application. After application and curing, the resist will form a protective film on the surface.
