LEYBOLD OPTICS MCS (Microfabrication Control Equipment) is a comprehensive photoresist system designed for production of high-precision MEMS (microelectromechanical systems) and other microfabrication processes. MCS is a closed loop unit that provides automated process control with real-time monitoring and feedback, therefore enabling users to ensure repeatable, optimized performance. LEYBOLD OPTICS MCS is composed of three main components: a photoresist unit, a spin coater and an IMB (integrated measurement board).
