For improved effectiveness and speed, it also allows user-programmable process profiles that can be used to optimize the overall process. The Photoresist Model is capable of transferring sensitive photoplates with high image accuracy and edge repeatability. It includes a cooled vacuum blanket and servo-driven spindle to ensure accurate film registration for conformal exposure. It also includes an automated development section, which can handle up to 24" x 24" photoplates.
