MTI FLEXIFAB is a photoresist system developed by Manufacturing Technology, Inc. (MTI) for creating high-precision features with fast turnarounds. For further post-processing, MTI FLEXIFAB also offers special processes such as decoupling and connection coating, solder masking, and wet etching. It also supports multi-layer fabrication up to six-microns-thick. Several types of placement options are also available, including metal-graphite, direct bond copper, and CTE-matched metal stack.
