SVG 86-3 is a photoresist equipment developed by Sekisui Chemicals Co., Ltd. It is composed of photoresist and developer that offer excellent resolution, sensitivity, and adhesion. The photoresist is a 0.6μm photosensitive emulsion containing a high-molecular weight polymer, an EPA photoinitiator, and other components. It allows the user to make fine patterns on the substrate with high resolution. The developer is a liquid solution of different components, such as a radical scavenger, an alkali suppressor, and a surface active agent. It provides quick and easy pattern processing due to its quick solvating and fast pattern tracing. The developer is available in two versions for use with different materials, allowing user's to select the best fit for their substrate. 86-3 is suitable for multiple applications including electrical and electronic components, optical components, sensors, and biochips. Specifically, it enables users to achieve micro patterns of various kinds, e.g., line patterns, shaped patterns, and micro lenses. It also exhibits superior adhesion that ensures better flow-processing, and improved material reliability. To ensure maximum performance, Sekisui Chemicals have optimized the photoresist system based on several environmental factors. Examples of factors are the substrate's topography, humidity, and temperature. Additionally, SVG 86-3 photoresist unit is compliant with a variety of traditional photolithography processes and is capable of meeting the needs for pattern shape and size. In conclusion, 86-3 is a multi-functional photoresist machine developed by Sekisui Chemicals Co., Ltd. It gives users access to various features such as high resolution, sensitivity, adhesion, and an optimized substrate environment. Furthermore, it is suitable for multiple applications including electrical and electronic components, optical components, sensors, and biochips.
