LEYBOLD HERAEUS D65BCS is an oil approved, lubricated-bearing one-stage dry rotary vane vacuum pump. It is designed for environments containing explosive substances, making it suitable for many industrial processes. Its asynchronous motor has a total power output of 60 HP (45 kW) and can be operated on 230/400 V three-phase power. The motor speed can be adjusted between 750 and 2500 rpm, providing a maximum inlet flow rate of 5270 m³/h. The intake port is connected to the exhaust port by a pipe coupling, a flexible metal hose, or any other suitable connection. The pump is equipped with a lightweight aluminum housing and a material-optimized air inlet valve, giving it excellent thermal efficiency and low noise levels. The hermetically sealed, thermal-resistant construction ensures a high degree of reliability and offers excellent tightness. The integrated anti-suck-back system prevents dangerous liquid back-flow in cases where the operating pressure is below atmospheric pressure.
