The on-board controller is equipped with advanced features such as computerized temperature profile editing, over-temperature protection, and real-time temperature logging for improved test accuracy and repeatability. In addition to temperature control, RTP-600S also offers a wide range of additional features such as built-in Timed processes, repeatable run options, and recipe programming. The Timed process allows MODULAR PROCESS TECHNOLOGY / MPTC RTP-600S to switch between various temperatures and times according to a pre-defined recipe, while repeatable runs can be programmed to repeat the same process several times. Recipe programming allows users to store multiple temperature profiles, up to 8 recipes, to simplify complex tests. To facilitate rapid thermal processing, MPTC RTP-600S can be connected to a PC via USB, Ethernet, and/or RS232. The on-board software includes features such as multi-language support, dual-axis temperature chart display, and graphical user interface (GUI).
