An advanced CPC code allows 2400G3 HT Reactor to accurately monitor parameters such as film thickness, deposition rate, and temperature. The CPC code ensures repeatability between film depositions so that products have consistent performance levels. The CPC code also enables AIXTRON 2400 G3 HT Reactor to make adjustments to deposition parameters to suit changing fabrication requirements. 2400 G3-HT Reactor is designed to perform a wide range of processes for the float zone cell-FZC process. This process includes annealing, oxidation, impurity doping, phosphorous addition, ohmic contact, and rear passivating layers. The advanced Automated Process Monitoring (APM) system enables AIXTRON 2400G3 HT Reactor to carry out deposition processes automatically without the need for a technician. AIXTRON 2400 G3-HT Reactor includes three tool sets that can be separately set up to process different layers. This allows 2400 G3 HT Reactor to easily switch between different processes without having to stop the reactor unit.
