AMAT / APPLIED MATERIALS Centura E 5200 is a plasma epitaxial epitaxy reactor commonly used in the semiconductor industry. This reactor is a multi-frame tool, allowing for two simultaneous processes at the same time. It is capable of various transmutation levels, ranging from very low to very high. The cooled zone temperature is adjustable, allowing for precise and stable process control. AMAT Centura E 5200 is designed for wafer sizes of up to 150mm, providing an increased capacity for increased productivity. It also features a dual sided heater and cooling equipment, allowing for improved temperature uniformity. This also aids with reducing thermal-induced stress and maintaining a consistent, accurate process with minimal thermal cycles.
