AMAT / APPLIED MATERIALS IMP is a reactor designed to process materials at high temperatures and pressures with the use of high-energy plasma. The reactor is primarily used to etch, deposit, and create nanoparticles for a wide variety of applications. The reactor has an electromagnetically insulated chamber in which the plasma is produced and generated.
