AMAT / APPLIED MATERIALS P5000 is an advanced chemical reactor used in a variety of industrial and scientific applications. AMAT P-5000 utilizes a unique split-cell design, allowing for higher throughput and greater efficiency by allowing multiple inert reaction zones in a single chamber. It is built with an electric field intensity of less than 5V/m, allowing for safer operation as well as greater accuracy during analysis. APPLIED MATERIALS P 5000 is made up of an outer housing, containing the reaction chamber, temperature control equipment and vacuum systems. Inside the chamber, each reaction is monitored by an optical emission device connected to a spectrometer for precise analysis. This allows for precise adjustment of the reaction parameters, enabling repeatable experiments with consistent results. AMAT P5000 utilizes a quench point detection system, using ceramic breakrings to control the reaction endpoint. These electrodes minimize reaction deviation, providing precise test results. Reaction scale is adjustable and ranges from 1 ml to 500 ml. A high thermal efficiency is maintained by dividing the reaction chamber into two main parts, the main reaction chamber and an adjacent cooler containing de-gassed and cooled reactants, ensuring minimal thermal loss. For extreme performance, AMAT P 5000 can be coupled with a second chamber, adding another zone to the reaction chamber. This allows for the generation of compounds with additional elements, such as oxygen and halogens, improving productivity of a reaction. APPLIED MATERIALS P5000 utilizes multiple safety functions and a patented low-pressure air filter unit which provides cooling and protection to the user. The filter machine has been tested to ISO 9001 standards to ensure safety and quality. AMAT / APPLIED MATERIALS P-5000 is ideal for high-throughput reaction processes, such as those used in the chemical industry and research laboratories seeking to develop and optimize new processes. Its flexibility and customizable set up makes it an attractive choice for many laboratories, offering an all-in-one solution for reaction optimization, scaling and production processes.
