AMAT / APPLIED MATERIALS Siconi Reactor is a tool developed with Picosun® chemistry to produce deposits of various materials and process them into any desired shape. This specialized and patented quartz tube is resistant to corrosion and has low particle emission. In addition, the quartz tube allows for faster processing times as well as significantly lower thermal and electric profile variations. The SuperTube utilizes a three-phase power supply to control the temperature and pressure of the process chamber in order to produce consistent and repeatable results. Siconi Reactor is capable of processing many types of materials such as silicon, III-V compound semiconductors and metals, optoelectronics and organic materials.
