The unit offers a temperature range of 10°C to 900°C, with variable heating rates up to 200°C/s for quick thermal thermalizations. It has a process atmosphere comprised of inert, active, and reactive gases, and can accommodate up to 15 tube furnaces. It is also equipped with a high pressure and temperature safety monitor to prevent overpressure/oversample during processing. The unit offers process controls including time, temperature, pressure, and several other parameters settings. Its digital control machine provides precise process control including datalogging and analysis of in-process and post-process information. The unit has a fully enclosed, air-cooled electric tool and a stainless steel construction that can provide the long-term durability.
