VEECO / EMCORE E300 is a highly advanced chemical vapor deposition (CVD) reactor designed to produce thin films, heterostructures or thin-film devices. VEECO E300 is a single-wafer, multi-station CVD reactor, capable of depositing both III/V and Si based materials.
