VEECO / EMCORE K465i is a high-energy, high-power electro-optical (EO) reactor equipment. It has a wide range of uses in the development of lasers and light sources and is a great tool for scientific and academic research applications. This reactor system utilizes both visible and infrared wavelengths, making it ideal for precision laser manufacturing. VEECO K465i reactor has a highly efficient optical cavity that makes use of both Nd:YAG laser and InGaN diode pump sources. The cavity design enables the maximum photonic power to be generated efficiently and with minimal degradation of optical components. This level of power requires a high optical power concentration, so EMCORE K465i reactor uses AR coated aluminum mirrors to efficiently reflect the laser beam. An integrated high-frequency inverter is used to drive the aluminum mirrors, reducing power losses and achieving the optimum output. K465i reactor also makes use of a number of sophisticated thermal control systems. A tandem unit of cooling liquid circulates through the laser cavity to keep temperatures below the melting point of the laser material itself. This also helps optimize energy transfer and reduce thermal lensing. Additionally, the reactor is equipped with an advanced active temperature control machine, which allows the user to manually adjust temperature levels to optimize optical performance. VEECO / EMCORE K465i reactor also features an efficient monitor tool. An LCD monitor that can help to identify any problems with the laser/diode asset and an intuitive graphical user interface that makes it easier to configure the EO reactor for a variety of laser jobs. VEECO K465i reactor can also stream real-time data to a connected PC, allowing the user to view physical parameters and optimize performance. EMCORE K465i EO reactor is an excellent choice for precision laser manufacturing applications. Its Optical cavity design and thermal control systems allow for the most efficient laser energy transfer possible, while its monitor model and real-time data streaming capabilities make it easier to perform a variety of laser jobs with ease.
