AMAT/OPAL (5) Racks for the 7830Si are a custom storage and transportation system designed specifically for the 7830Si scanning electron microscope (SEM). The system is composed of five customized racks that are designed to adhere to all safety, environmental and electrical requirements of transport and storage systems. Each rack contains a top and bottom row of slots which are sized to fit the reticle carousels of the 7830Si. The top slot dimensions are adapted to fit the various size reticles used in the 7830Si and ensure that no damage can occur to these electronic components. The bottom slots are also designed to fit the 7830Si reticles while simultaneously accommodating any peripheral components such as computers, power supplies, and input/output (I/O) boards that may need to be transported or stored. Additionally, this system also provides riser storage for substrate and sample disks.
