ERGOLUX Talos FX200 G2 is an advanced scanning electron microscope (SEM) designed for use in industrial, research and educational settings. It features a large, 200 mm field of view, enhanced chromatic and depth of field correction, and the latest in imaging technology for capturing and analyzing images in real-time.
