PHILIPS / FEI Quanta 200 is a state-of-the-art scanning electron microscope (SEM). This scanning electron microscope operates in both the secondary and backscattering electron modes (SE and BSE). The SEM has an accelerating voltage of up to 200 kV, giving it excellent resolution down to the level of nanometers. Additionally, the SEM is equipped with an in-column energy spectrometer to enable accurate conductance and photoplethysmography measurements.
