NPC 3BB is a solar production equipment designed to manufacture monocrystalline and polycrystalline silicon ingots used in photovoltaic cells. This furnace operates at a temperature of up to 2000ºC, ensuring a fast and efficient industrial process. The furnace is driven with AC/DC rectifier and temperature control, allowing manual or programmable operation. The core component is the crystallizer unit where the quartz elements go through the single crystallization process. A laser sensor is used for the scanning of each quartz element to ensure accuracy in the size and homogeneity of the ingots. The crystallization process is carried out with a patented nozzle system that ensures minimal contamination of the quartz material and a precise crystallization profile. This model has a number of features that guarantee the stability of the production process. The ingot cooling unit uses water or air for uniform cooling of ingot blocks during the production process. The lifting table and moving table are driven by an AC motor which allows easy and safe movements of ingot blocks and quartz elements in the crystallization unit.
