A triple axis computer-controlled robotics unit precisely translates the wafer in either a vertical or horizontal direction for perfect coverage. All of these adjustable options are clearly displayed on the easy to read 4-line 20-character LCD. WESTECH CMP-V also has an advanced vacuum nozzle tool which allows for quick changes of pads. A maximum of 8 heads can be installed on CMP-V and an up to 1,000W motor can be used for increased power and speed.
