ASYST / PST DP 4200si INX is a fully automated wafer handler designed to transfer, vacuum pick, probe and separate wafers up to 300mm. It is part of the TEL/PST Prober family of semiconductor test equipment, developed to provide cost-effective solutions for automated semiconductor device testing. PST DP 4200si INX has a modular design, with transfer decks, prober configurations, and servo stages that are all interchangeable and expandable. It is designed to be easy to configure and use, with touchscreen interface and an intuitive graphical user interface (GUI). The transfer decks use an array of independently driven linear motors to move wafers quickly and precisely between the separate prober decks, with a speed of up to 5 m/min. It has flexible loading and unloading options for up to three cassette orientations, stand-alone contactors, silicon pallets and NanoSensors. The prober features a vacuum pick transfer head equipped with 10 independent motor control channels to maximise accuracy and minimise downtime. It also includes an in-situ monitor system to monitor and adjust prober performance in real time and provide accurate wafer alignment. It is also equipped with a 4-axis wafer alignment system to guarantee accurate wafer placement. The LED illumination system is designed to guarantee a homogeneous light source and clear inspection images. ASYST DP 4200si INX offers a wide range of probing platforms and configurations, including vertical and horizontal probes, pneumatic probes, and manual and automated probe cards. Each prober deck can be functionally configured to optimise productivity and accommodate individual testing applications. The modular platform provides flexibility and scalability for demanding production environments. DP 4200si INX is designed for efficient, reliable operation and easy maintenance.
