The user interface allows the set-up of parameters and selection of pre-set recipes for optimal performance. It also allows for extended recipe definitions to be implemented if needed. The integrated debris management machine is designed to prevent contamination of the wafer due to dust, dirt, and other foreign particles. The pneumatic suction tool is used to grasp and move wafers within tight spaces, while the wafer stopper prevents the wafers from moving excessively during transfers.
