It features 6 individual door types for load ports, which are automatically opened and closed by the robot's four axes. This enables the wafer to be handled in multiple orientations with robust accuracy and quality. Thehandler also has two wafer trays to store multiple wafers and a cassette storage capacity of 675mm, allowing for efficient storage and loading of large wafers. Additionally, the platform is outfitted with an end-effectors comprising of dual-sided cylindrical grippers that can fit wafers of varying shapes and sizes.
