STAUBLI TX60 L is a state-of-the-art wafer handler used in semiconductor manufacturing. This advanced wafer handling automation equipment provides high-precision wafer transfer control and helps optimize production processes in a semiconductor fab. This system is powered by the reliable, servo-driven STAUBLI MPS-6 multi-axis positioning unit.
