DNS / DAINIPPON / SCREEN SU 3100 is a wet station specifically designed for the pre-press industry. It is a wet thermal plate processor which uses advanced pump technology, developed in conjunction with Nippon DNS, Dai Nippon Printing, and SCREEN Co., Ltd. It has a compact, economic design and is configured to meet wider range of printing techniques. The 3100 wet station includes a high-speed fluid pump, which features silent running, excellent repellency, and adjustable flow rate. The station is equipped with an on-board mixing tank, which can hold up to 20L of liquid and can be used with a variety of chemicals and cleaning agents. The tank is equipped with a stirring unit which allows for even and accurate mixing of the liquid.
